Who is the course designed for?

Pet care professionals (e.g., dog groomers, dog walkers, pet sitters), including independent emmi®-pet technicians who deliver emmi®-pet services and wish to expand their knowledge of Oral Health Fundamentals, Ethical emmi®-pet Practices, and Vet Referrals, will benefit from this course.
It also serves as a follow-on course for any pet care professional who has completed our emmi®-pet Training Toolkit (officially endorsed by emmi®-pet) fundamental course.

Do I need the emmi®-pet kit before watching the training?

There are no prerequisites in terms of equipment, you can purchase the equipment anytime, whether that’s before or after your training, once you’re ready to get started implementing what you’ve learned and are ready to use as part of your business.

How do I access the training?

Once you have purchased the training, you can login to view the course here. You will use the password you created at checkout with your email address to login.

Can I pause and continue the training at a later time?

Yes, you can leave the training session at anytime and revisit it at your leisure. The training is split into sections so you can pick up at the section you left off.

Can I re-watch the training?

Yes, you have access to the course for 180 days from purchase and you can revisit any of the lessons when you need a reminder.

Do I need any special equipment or tech to watch the training?

The course is viewable via your browser, so you don’t need anything extra, just a PC, smart phone or tablet.

Will completing the training provide me with the skills needed to get started with emmi®-pet in my business?

Yes absolutely, we will cover a range of topics from how to use the equipment, to using it in specific businesses as well as how to price and market the service, giving you all the confidence you need to put your knowledge into practice.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes, the website will automatically generate a certificate after you have completed the course which you can download to your computer or device. The certification is endorsed by the emmi®-pet manufacturer.

Do I get post training support?

As part of the online course, you will get access to all of the post training support resources you could need, including marketing templates for social media, user manuals, training information from the seminar, and you also have access to our Facebook support group to ask any post-support questions to Emma. You have 180 days to revisit the course to download these resources. We will also email you the main takeaways to support you on your journey once you have finished the course.
