Shipping and Delivery

We use Royal Mail as our main supplier.

Our standard shipping charge is £4.69 per order.

A few of our products have an additional £4.69 charge due to weight and size of the product. These include the emmi®-Air Purifier and emmi® UV-C Ultrasonic Cleaner + UV-C Light.

The following products are shipped for free: emmi®-pet 2.0 ‘Pet Professionals Pro+’ Start-Up Kit, emmi®-pet 2.0 Pet Professional ‘Business Start-Up’ Bundle, Pull Up Banner (Design 1, Green) and Pull Up Banner (Design 2, Pink)

We use Royal Mail’s Signed for Service, and a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not at home/work when Royal Mail attempts to deliver your order, you should receive a card from Royal Mail regarding local collection or how to arrange a redelivery.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct as orders that go missing due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded by Ultra Clean Canines.

You will receive an email update informing you that your order has been dispatched.  

Delivery times – Please allow 10 working days delivery lead time for all emmi®-pet Starter kits.

All other supplies will be dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.
