How long does the live Zoom course last?
The live courses last roughly around 2 hours depending on how much audience participation there is. It’s generally from 6pm-8pm

The emmi®-pet Zoom training is perfect for any pet care professionals who are wishing to get started and implement the emmi®-pet into their pet care business. The course is also perfect for pet care professionals who require a refresher or already have the emmi®-pet kit as a confidence booster to ensure you are really reaping all the excellent rewards that the emmi®-pet can bring to your business.
Do I need the kit to join the zoom?
There are no prerequisites in terms of equipment, you can purchase the equipment anytime, whether that’s before or after your training, once you’re ready to get started implementing what you’ve learned and are ready to use as part of your business.
How do I access the course?
Once you have purchased your course ticket you will automatically be sent via email all of the information you need about the seminar, including the Zoom link you need to join. We will remind you by email a few days before your session.
Do I need any special tech or software to join the training?
No, you only need to access to Zoom via a smartphone, tablet or PC. Simply click the link which you will be sent via email to join the training. You don’t need to pay for the Zoom software to access the training, your web browser may download and install the Zoom client automatically if you don’t already have it installed. If this is the case, just press “launch meeting” to access the Zoom training.
Am I able to ask questions?
Yes, questions are encouraged. There will be regular intervals during the training session where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If you don’t feel confident speaking then feel free to add questions to the chat box and I will check it periodically to review your questions and answer during the session. And remember, no question is a silly question, your fellow attendees may be wondering the same thing!
Will I need a webcam or microphone?
You don’t need to show your face on camera if you don’t wish to, so a webcam isn’t mandatory. You will need to check that your speakers work for the audio, and a microphone is a good idea for asking any questions you may have, however we do have a chat function if you don’t wish to speak.
Will it be recorded?
No, live sessions are not recorded.
Will completing the training provide me with the skills needed to get started with emmi®-pet in my business?
Yes absolutely, we will cover a range of topics from how to use the equipment, to using it in specific businesses as well as how to price and market the service, giving you all the confidence you need to put your knowledge into practice.
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes, you will be emailed a certificate within a 10 business days after the training, and the certification is endorsed by the emmi®-pet manufacturer.
Do I get post training support?
After the training is complete, you will receive an email with all of the post training support resources you could need, including marketing templates for social media, user manuals, training information from the seminar, and you also have access to our Facebook support group to ask any post-support questions to Emma.
Pre-recorded Training for Pet Professionals
The emmi®-pet Pre-recorded Training Course is accessible via this website and you have 180 days to complete the training at your own pace. The course is divided into short lessons and you can also revisit the course material anytime during those 180 days.
