Shipping and Delivery
We use Royal Mail as our main supplier.
Our standard shipping charge is ยฃ4.95 per order.
A few of our products have an additional ยฃ4.95 charge due to weight and size of the product. These include the emmiยฎ-Air Purifierย and emmiยฎ-Steri UVC LED Sterilisation Unit
We use Royal Mailโs Tracked 48 service.ย If you are not at home/work when Royal Mail attempts to deliver your order, youย should receive a card from Royal Mail regarding local collectionย or how to arrange a redelivery.
Marketing materials i.e. A3/A4 & Pull Up Banners are dispatched directly from our printers to your postal address.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct as orders that go missing due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded by Ultra Clean Canines.

Delivery times โ Please allow 10 working days delivery lead time for allย emmiยฎ-pet Starter kits.
All other supplies will be dispatched within 2-4 working days of purchase.
