Shipping and Delivery
We use Royal Mail as our main supplier.
Our standard shipping charge is £4.95 per order.
A few of our products have an additional £4.95 charge due to weight and size of the product. These include the emmi®-Air Purifier and emmi®-Steri UVC LED Sterilisation Unit
We use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. If you are not at home/work when Royal Mail attempts to deliver your order, you should receive a card from Royal Mail regarding local collection or how to arrange a redelivery.
Marketing materials i.e. A3/A4 & Pull Up Banners are dispatched directly from our printers to your postal address.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct as orders that go missing due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded by Ultra Clean Canines.
You will receive an email update informing you that your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times – Please allow 10 working days delivery lead time for all emmi®-pet Starter kits.
All other supplies will be dispatched within 2-4 working days of purchase.
